Animal Bite/Scratch Report

If you are reporting an animal bite/scratch outside regular Health Unit hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm), please call and ask for the ON-CALL MANAGER and complete the Animal Exposure Reporting form.

ALL animal bites/scratches must be reported to the Health Unit.
