We recommend that you book an appointment in advance. Same-day appointments and/or walk-ins may be available, but are not guaranteed.
You do not need to have an Ontario health card or health insurance to receive services at the clinic.
If coming for testing for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, do not pee for at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. You should also bring a list of medication that you are taking, in the event that you require treatment.
For the following services:
- STI testing
- Low-cost Emergency Contraception (Plan B)
- Free pregnancy testing and options counselling, including support to access abortion services
- Low cost Hormonal Birth control (pills, patches, vaginal ring, Depo Provera) Note: As of October 10, 2025, we will no longer be filling prescriptions from external Health Care Providers.
Other ways to access contraceptives include:- Take prescription to the pharmacy of your choice
- Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
- OHIP+ (for those under 25)
- Ontario Works
- Private/work health insurance
- Indigenous and Northern Affairs funding through the Non-insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB)
Not eligible for online booking:
- STI treatment
- Vaccinations for those who qualify: Hep A/B, HPV, MPOX
- Abortion counselling/referrals

Scent Sensitivity at Health Unit Offices
Many people are sensitive to perfumes, colognes, aftershaves and other scented products. Please be considerate of this while at Health Unit offices.
