We recommend that you book an appointment in advance. Same-day appointments and/or walk-ins may be available, but are not guaranteed.
You do not need to have an Ontario health card or health insurance to receive services at the clinic.
If coming for testing for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, do not pee for at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. You should also bring a list of medication that you are taking, in the event that you require treatment.
For the following services:
- STI testing
- Hormonal Birth control (pills, patches, vaginal ring, Depo Provera)
- Emergency Contraception (Plan B)
- Pregnancy testing, options counselling &/or referrals
Not eligible for online booking:
- Genital Wart diagnosis
- STI treatment
- IUD consult/insertion/removal
- Vaccinations for those who qualify: Hep A/B, HPV, MPOX
- Abortion counselling/referrals
If you are not eligible to book an online appointment, please call the health unit at 1-800-660-5853 or the number for the clinic location (listed below) from Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.

Scent Sensitivity at Health Unit Offices
Many people are sensitive to perfumes, colognes, aftershaves and other scented products. Please be considerate of this while at Health Unit offices.
