Orders and Returns – Vaccines
Complete ALL fields to avoid a delay in processing your vaccine order. You will receive an email with a copy of your order when you successfully submit your order.
Starting June 1, 2025
- Vaccine fridge temperature logs are to be submitted by email on the first working day of each month to [email protected]
- Vaccine orders will be processed every week.
- Orders received by 2:30pm on Thursday will be packed for delivery to Health Unit offices for pick up the following week during regular office hours.
- Almonte orders may be picked up on Tuesday or Thursday.
- Gananoque orders may be picked up on Wednesday.
- Kemptville orders may be picked up Monday to Thursday.
- Brockville and Smiths Falls orders may be picked up Monday to Friday.
Vaccine Order Forms
- Holiday Season – Vaccine Orders
- Thursday, December 11, 2025 by 2:00pm will be the final day that we accept vaccine orders to be filled prior to the new year.
- Friday, December 12, 2025 – Vaccine orders will be delivered to our Health Unit offices in Smiths Falls, Kemptville, Almonte and Brockville. Gananoque orders will be out the following Wednesday, December 17, 2025
- Friday, December 19, 2025 – Is the last day for vaccine orders to be picked up in Smiths Falls and Brockville (please note that for Almonte and Kemptville the last day will be on the Thursday. December 18, 2025)
- We will resume our regular weekly vaccine order processing schedule Monday, January 5, 2026

- Please note: RSV products are only funded for one product per pregnancy. Clients may either be immunized in pregnancy OR the infant may receive the m-antibodies at birth, but not both products under the publically funded program.
