Change in Service Access

There will be no reception coverage available in the Gananoque services site of the South East Health Unit from June 17 to September 9, 2025.

Staff continue to work in this office and will work with community residents to support access to services upon request

Services can be requested by contacting us using the following methods:

  • Call 1-800-660-5853 (There is a phone in the lobby of the Gananoque office of the UCLG that can be used to access the 1-800 number)
  • Email [email protected]
  • Visit website www.healthunit.org – Clinics can be booked online and a listing of services is available
  • Follow LGLHealthunit on Facebook, X and Instagram – send a direct message (this is not for urgent needs)

SERVICES:

  • Sexual Health
    • Book appointments or order an at home testing kit via our website, call 1-800-660-5853, or email us at [email protected] 
  • Immunization
    • Clinic on June 18, 2025. Book an appointment via our website or call 1-800-660-5853 extension 2313. 
  • Infant Feeding
    • Call 1-800-660-5853 extension 2467 or book a Clinic appointment on our website
  • Water Bottle Pick up and Drop off
    • Water sample bottles for well water testing continue to be available in the lobby.
  • Preschool Speech and Language
    • Language Express Preschool Speech and Language Services will proceed as usual. Clients should wait in the lobby for staff to come to meet them. 
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Harm Reduction Services
    • Visit the Gananoque Pharma Save location (220 King Street East, Gananoque, Ontario 613-382-1333) for harm reduction supplies
    • Sharps drop box will continue to be accessible at the Gananoque Office.
