Orders and Returns – Vaccines

Complete ALL fields to avoid a delay in processing your vaccine order. You will receive an email with a copy of your order when you successfully submit your order.

Starting June 1, 2025

• Vaccine fridge temperature logs are to be submitted by email on the first working day of each month to [email protected]
• Vaccine orders will be processed every week.

Starting March 2, 2026

• Orders received by 12:00pm on Wednesday will be packed for delivery to Health Unit offices the following Monday and available for pick up during regular office hours.
  • Almonte orders may be picked up on Tuesday or Thursday.
  • Gananoque orders may be picked up on Tuesday.
  • Kemptville orders may be picked up Monday afternoon to Thursday.
  • Smiths Falls orders may be picked up Monday afternoon to Friday.
  • Brockville orders may be picked up Monday to Friday.

  • Please note: RSV products are only funded for one product per pregnancy. Clients may either be immunized in pregnancy OR the infant may receive the m-antibodies at birth, but not both products under the publically funded program.
