Health Unit Requesting Assistance in Locating Resident

The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is requesting assistance in locating a resident who brought a raccoon in to the Brockville Animal Hospital on Thursday, June 30. The Health Unit is investigating this incident to ensure there is no risk of disease transmission to those that have handled the raccoon. This person is being asked to contact Dr. Paula Stewart, the Medical Officer of Health at the Health Unit at 613-345-5685.
