Vendors of tobacco products or electronic cigarettes and their components need to educate themselves on the rules and regulations in the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017. To that end, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has created a slide deck for vendors. Vendors are required to keep themselves and their staff informed. This information serves as a reference prepared by the ministry to replace the previous NOT to Kids binder as well as the sfoa-training.com and eca-training.com websites.
