Request for Smoke-Free Signage
This form can be used to request No Smoking/No Vaping signage for your business or organization. Retailers of tobacco and vapour products can also use this form to request vendor signs. Please review pictures of the signs that are currently available, indicate how many of each type you will need and submit your form. A Health Unit representative will gather the requested signage and let you know when they are ready for pick-up from one of our office locations. Some of the signs are available to download at this link so you can print them yourself if that is preferred.
E-cigarettes Signage
Government I.D. with a photo and birth date must be shown when requested. You must be 19 or older to purchase e-cigarettes.
It is illegal to sell or supply e-cigarettes to anyone under 19 years of age.
Tobacco Signage
Government I.D. with a photo and birth date must be shown when requested. You must be 19 or older to purchase tobacco products.
Tobacco products are addictive and kill 1 out of every 2 long-term smokers. It is illegal to sell or supply them to anyone under 19 years of age.

Temporary Outdoor Smoke-Free/Vape Free signs can be borrowed at no charge from Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit. Lawn style signs come with stakes so they can be placed in the ground. We ask that all lawn signs be returned to the Health Unit within 7 business days from the conclusion of your event.
