Open Doors for Lanark Children & Youth: Available to children, youth and their families to support mental health needs. They provide services through various virtual means (phone and video, social media which includes Facebook, www.opendoors.on.ca and Instagram) and face to face if needed.

WAY: Wellness Access for Youth (WAY) connects youth ages 12–24 and their families/caregivers to a wide range of services provided by our partners in the WAY collaborative. With one call or email, WAY will connect you to the help and support you need in North Grenville.
Connect Youth: Assist, support and refer young people in need and to advocate for youth in partnerships with our communities. They provide services for youth ages 12–25 in Leeds and Grenville. Primary functions include the provision of basic needs items, referrals to community agencies, life skills education, connections to social and recreation opportunities, as well as transportation and accompaniment to appointments. Their housing program operates 5 transitional apartments which are designed to provide short term stays and intensive case management for youth ages 16–25 experiencing homelessness in Leeds and Grenville.
RNJ Youth Services: Support children, youth (8–17) and their families in Leeds, Grenville and Lanark. They provide a number of services to: help and support in overcoming challenges such as involvement with police or the justice system, get connected to help, support learning, help to make informed choices about substances and make good decisions. They also like to have fun!

Country Roads Community Health Centre: Their mental health counsellor works with clients who experience anxiety, depression or other mental health issues. The counsellor works as a part of the primary care team to provide individual counselling services as well as group programs to our community. Counselling Services are available to help people develop skills to address the challenges they face and to build confidence in their own inner strengths and resources.

Victim Services of Leeds & Grenville: Provides immediate support and assistance to youth and their supports struggling with dating violence, trauma, hate crimes, harassment, assault, abuse, online exploitation, human trafficking and tragic circumstance. Confidential, services available in person, online, phone calls, texting and/ or email.
Victim Services of Lanark County: A 24/7 agency that provides immediate, confidential, crisis intervention services, practical assistance, information, referrals and emotional support to persons affected by crime, tragedy and/or disaster.

Family and Children’s Services of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville: Protects children so they can grow up safe from abuse, including physical, emotional and sexual abuse as well as neglect. Anyone can call if they have concerns about the safety or well-being of a child under the age of 18.
Assault Response & Care Centre (ARCC): Provides inclusive services to all youth and adults who have been victims of or affected by Sexual Assault, Sexual Abuse or Partner Violence. Support Services include counselling, group work, peer support and specialized nursing care through Brockville General Hospitals Emergency Department.

Leeds and Grenville Interval House: Provides safe, emergency shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence. For women, youth and children living in Leeds and Grenville who are experiencing or who have experienced abuse, they offer individual counselling and group support services as well as transitional, housing and court support.
Lanark County Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Program: Provide specialized medical and nursing care to victims of sexual and intimate partner violence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services are provided to persons of all gender identities and ages through any of the emergency departments in Lanark County; Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospitals, Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital and the Almonte General Hospital.
Youth Programs
Girls Inc. of Upper Canada: Provides girls with trusting, mentoring relationships; a girls-only environment, and research-based, hands-on programming to help girls lead healthy lives, succeed academically, and have life skills that prepare them for adulthood.
YMCA of Eastern Ontario: Offers a full range of youth recreational programs such as badminton, volleyball, basketball, hip hop, karate and soccer that take place in safe, non-competitive environments where everyone is treated equally and in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Also offers a Teen Drop-in for youth ages of 13–18; a safe space to hang out, do crafts, play video games, access wifi, have snacks and more. No registration required. COVID-19 protocols are in place. Begins when the YMCA reopens.
